I have worked with clients with skin and hormonal problems for over 18 years in my clinic in Chester, and I understand how distressing and frustrating this can be.
My desire to get to the root cause of my clients’ problems, led me to train as a Nutritional Therapist at the highly regarded College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM).
On a personal level, I have suffered with skin and gut issues since my early 30’s and like you, I had tried pretty much every diet and fad. I was becoming increasingly confused by the advice, but after working with a nutritional therapist myself, I learnt about the power of simple, whole nutrition and for the first time in years, slept better, had more energy and could eat 'trigger' foods.

I am a mother of two teenage children, so I understand that healthy food has to appeal to not just me, but to the family too! I know that few of us have the time to be cooking elaborate meals every night and I am on a mission to show everyone that healthy, nutritious food doesn't have to be expensive or complicated.
